EForge is intended to be a "superset" of systems like GitHub/Gitorious and SourceForge/Trac/Redmine. Supporting user-private clones is a part of that support.

We probably need to add a user namespace (default of /u/?) and a way for plugins to hook into that.

What about multiple repos per project? I think subprojects may be better there?
